Registration & Payment
All registrations must be completed through the official event registration page. Payment is required at the time of registration to reserve your seat. Registration is confirmed once payment is successfully processed.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

All event registrations are final and non-refundable. Due to limited seating and advance event planning, we are unable to issue refunds for cancellations or no-shows.

If you are unable to attend, you may request a credit toward a future Women In Business RVA event. Credit requests must be submitted prior to the start of the event and may be applied to another event within the same calendar year.

Registrations may also be transferred to another attendee by notifying Women In Business RVA at least 24 hours before the event with the replacement attendee’s name and contact information.

In the unlikely event that Women In Business RVA must cancel or reschedule an event, registered participants will receive a full credit toward a future event.

By completing registration, you acknowledge and agree to this refund and cancellation policy.

Event Changes
Women In Business RVA reserves the right to make adjustments to the event schedule, format, or speakers if necessary. In the unlikely event the event must be canceled, registered participants will be notified and provided information regarding rescheduling or credit toward a future event.
