★ The 3 Visibility Traps (And How to Avoid Them) — Why scattered presence, permission-seeking, and feature-focused storytelling keep your work invisible – and what to do instead.
★ The Visibility Leadership Model — A strategic framework based on 5 pillars: Presence, Transparency, Consistency, Contribution, and Embodiment.
★ Story Excavation Techniques — Documentary-style interview questions that uncover the transformation you create (not just what you do).
★ Live Story Shaping — Watch as real participants get real-time feedback on their narrative positioning. See what’s possible when clarity meets strategy.

This workshop is designed for women in business who:
★ Have been in business for 2+ years (you know your work, you need visibility strategy)

Amy Garelick is a producer, showrunner, and strategist who specializes in turning story and strategy into systems that scale visibility.
With more than 25 years of experience - including 15+ years with Disney's Radio Disney - Amy brings deep expertise in audience development, content programming, and creative leadership.
Amy's approach blends strategic clarity, human-centered storytelling, repeatable content systems, cinematic production, and a deep belief in visibility as leadership. Her work spans performing arts, tourism, culinary brands, community organizations, and nonprofits across Virginia and beyond.
She specializes in what she calls "visibility architecture"—designing strategic presence through story. She believes the gap between impact and recognition is almost never about the quality of your work. It's about clarity, positioning, and intentional narrative.
Her guiding philosophy:
★ Not everyone is the face of their brand - but every brand deserves to be seen
★ Content should work harder than you do
★You don't need more content; you need the right content
★Story is a legacy, not a throwaway post
★Visibility is an act of leadership
